With things slowing down a bit I have been able to get some work done.  I finally have finished editing the photographs taken in Wyoming.  Pictures from Devils Tower area as well Yellowstone and the Grand Teton’s.  I didn’t have many from the teton’s because I cut the trip short.  I even have a few shots from Missouri in there. continue reading…

I’m sure everyone is going to be spending time with family this Holiday for Thanksgiving.  Like many of you I have been busy keeping up with the everyday chores, shopping finding the best deals for family and friends.  I just want to take a few moments to remind you that shipping from CD Photocare is free for all orders over $60 for this month of November.  If your not sure what to get family members this year, think about Gift Vouchers from CD Photocare. Gift Vouchers are a wonderful way to say thank you, plus they can be used for anything from a portrait session to one of kind fine art from landscapes to animals in the Studio Art section of the website.   Here is quick link to CD Photocare Gift Vouchers.

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Reblog this post [with Zemanta]

In the great world of the internet you would think one would write more, but this is not the case for me.  To many other things have been going on. To much on the list of things to do. To many things distracting my attention from my true love, which of course is photography.  So let’s start by saying this is my first post since August. Yes, I know!  I’m not keeping up.  It’s my first post for October for this year and hopefully not my last for this month.   Let’s get started shall we. continue reading…

I know it has been sometime since I have written anything.   I truly apologize for that.  To keep this short I just wanted to let everyone know, I do have new work that I plan on sharing.  There will be some new work from my latest trip to Yellowstone and the Teton’s.  The mosquitos seemed to get the best of me on this trip especially in the Teton’s.   Weather also put a damper on a few days for this trip, but provided a beautiful opportunity in Hayden Valley, more on a later post.   I should have new work for sale and posted before long.   That’s the latest news I have for now, so I hope you will come back for a visit to see what’s new.

Well, I have managed to make it back from my trip to Florida.   Spent some time photographing birds mostly. It sure is beautiful down there this time of year.  I didn’t have much time to photograph being that I was really down there for business photographing a wedding.  I normally don’t travel such distances to photograph weddings, but this happen to be a special occasion.   My niece was getting married and I told her that I would shoot her wedding.

What time I did have to myself I managed to check out the all famous Gatorland USA as well as take in a few shows at Sea World.  I took a few pictures here and there.   More pictures at Gatorland USA rookery were taken then anywhere else.  Here is there link if you get a chance to visit. http://www.gatorland.com The best times to visit are April to March.   continue reading…

With Thanksgiving out of the way. Everyone is in the Christmas mode it seems.   I personally am not sure that I am ready for Christmas.  Of course it’s a wonderful holiday and I enjoy it every year. However it is rough on some. I think this holiday season will be rougher this year then in the past for many. I can’t imagine what the days would be like if you didn’t have family around to toss a few cookies at, perhaps a hug or two. That being said, I hope everyone who has the means will visit with family and have a wonderful Christmas.

On with a little news… continue reading…

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to post something short here. Much has changed on the website. A complete redesign of the back end. The cart itself has changed the most. If you click on the “Online Store“, you will notice the change there. Take a look around. Slide shows and different options are available to everyone.

Leaving you with that tid bit of info. I hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving. I’m sure most of us are wishing the retail stores and business were not in such a rush to get to Christmas. It’s seems they want to skip Thanksgiving all together. It’s a bit sad really. Anyways, have a good one. Here is a little something to look at.

Well, it’s that time of year again.  The leafs are falling, changing colors from green to colors of red, yellow and brown.  I love this time of year.  I planned on photographing this seasons colors at Squaw Creek.  Somehow I just didn’t get the time.  To many projects going and not enough time in the day to accomplish them all.  As I have mention before in earlier post I have been working on a book.  It’s finally done and currently being printed.  I also have plans to have it available for purchase in book form and in Portable Document Form (PDF). The pdf will hopefully be available next month for download.

Now I did manage to take a few beautiful shots this season.  So be sure to check those out in the Studio Section  http://www.crphotocare.com/photocart/index.php?category=101.  For this Christmas season order anything over $100 and shipping is free.  Take a look around there might be something you would love to have.

For now, enjoy a recent image from this years shoots.

Hey, I’m back!  The trip was fun, but at times it sure did try me.  I guess sometimes your lucky an other’s your not.  I had high expectations of capturing some photographs of wolves and Moose.  Too no avail, I didn’t succeed in that department.  Of course there were other if not most impressive scenery and nature to photograph.

I spent a lot time searching and waiting where I thought for sure I would find them critters. Many stories were told of seeing them, sometimes continue reading…

So, hear I am sitting here and listening to music stored on my trusty Mac computer finishing plans for a exploring the wilderness of the West.  Plans have been made, dates set and travel routes plotted on the map. With time running short before I leave I contemplate the travels ahead, the wildlife I will see, crossing all the T’s dotting the i’s.  I can only hope everything goes off without a hiccup. If you follow any of my writings or work you know that I have been planning another trip to Yellowstone. Well, nothing is for sure, except when it’s set in stone as they would say. So, I’m now planning a couple nights at Devil’s Tower as well as Yellowstone and the Teton’s and it’s set in stone. I’m a avid nature lover and look forward to experiencing the wildlife, and the scenery in these areas.  The calm that overcomes me when I’m photographing brings out the best in me, and I’m looking forward to another visit, including visiting a few new places to explore.
